Real Estate Appraisal Services - Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Application.

NRCS is currently taking applications from qualified licensed real estate appraisers to perform appraisals on land being considered for easement purchase.  See BPA document for more information and complete statement of work.

NRCS anticipates that bids for approximately 25-30 sites will be solicited in early spring, 2010, for contracts for tree planting, grass seeding, wetland restoration and floodplain restoration.  Projects will be funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, and through the Wetlands Reserve Program.  Please check this site for updates.  You may also sign up to receive email notice of any Wisconsin NRCS contract opportunities via Email News Service, by clicking the box for "NRCS-Wisconsin Contractor News".

Vehicle Sales

NRCS Wisconsin periodically sells vehicles through the General Services Administration (GSA) auction website. 

Once there:

  1. Click on the drop-down list for “Search by State”
  2. Select “Wisconsin”
  3. Interested bidders must register with GSA. Click on the “Register” link at the main webpage (see hyperlink above). For general GSA Auctions® support questions, please send an email to: gsaauctionshelp@gsa.gov .

    NOTE: When you register with GSA you can specify what types of auctions you are interested in and an email will be generated by GSA based on your preferences. The NRCS bidders list will no longer be maintained.
