Self-Assessment Workbook

The Self-Assessment Workbook is a tool to help you get a good idea about whether you may be eligible for CSP.

The Workbook will help you:

  • determine eligibility,
  • document stewardship to date, and
  • prepare a benchmark inventory of existing conservation treatments on your land.

Take your completed Self-Assessment and documentation to your NRCS Service Center to determine what category your application fits.  The complete Self-Assessment Workbook for 2006 is available on-line.  Printed copies are available at your local NRCS office.
