This notice transmits policy changes for EQIP applicants who have terminated an EQIP contract prior to the completion of all contracted items. This policy also applies to EQIP applicants who have been offered an EQIP contract, but declined prior to contract approval.

Filing Instructions: File the attachment in your EQIP Manual immediately after section 515.82(b) Screening Applications.
