This notice transmits information regarding changes to the EQIP Manual in Wisconsin.  The Amendments cover:

Contract terminations requested by participants that may be approved by District Conservationists and those that must be approved by the State Conservationist.

Waivers to commence a financially assisted practice within 12 months of contract approval made by the District Conservationists.

Resource concerns as required element of land eligibility determinations.

Policy regarding incentive payments for practices.

The amendments are available on the NRCS homepage at http://www.wi.nrcs.usda.gov/programs/eqip.html .  Once there, go to the box labeled “Quick Access” and click on the link titled “EQIP Program Policy, Manual, Notices, and Amendments”.

No paper copies of this document will be produced or sent from the State Office.  You will be able to print off as many copies as needed directly from this site.
